• We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Raw data (audio, video, transcripts) is automatically deleted within 30 days.
• Analyses derived from that data may be retained unless you request deletion.
• We use Fathom Analytics, which does not rely on cookies or collect personally identifiable data.

• Skill Deck is provided "as is," without guarantees of specific results.
• We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of reports or analyses generated by the platform.

• You may close your account at any time.
