Skill Deck is a behavioral assessment tool powered by real-work evidence, designed to understand, measure, and develop your skills.

A unique map showing 58 real-world skills grouped into 8 categories, featuring scores from 0 to 20 based on real work interactions.

Confidence shows how much you can trust a score, based on how much recent evidence supports it. Each skill has its own confidence; your Confidence Index is the average across your deck. More recent evaluations from real work raise confidence; without new evidence, it gradually declines.

The Cycle

Skill Deck organizes your development into quarterly cycles, providing a long-term view to compare progress across different stages of your learning journey. During a cycle, you can complete multiple tracks.

Track

A focused method to develop a specific skill through a minimum of two weeks of targeted practice to reach the next level. All your interactions are analyzed through the lens of the active track. Includes a kickoff message, meeting analysis, weekly recaps, and a wrap-up report.

A running log of every message Skill Deck sends. Anything you receive via email or platform notification is stored here.

Displays every real-work activity evaluated by Skill Deck. Each entry details how behaviors were scored, provides context on what occurred, and highlights key moments and opportunities for the active skill track.

Connects calendar tools so Skill Deck can automatically join scheduled meetings. You can manage active meetings or bot schedules by selecting "Manage."

The Skill Deck bot is a virtual meeting participant that joins to transcribe and analyze discussions. It does not record audio or video, and it evaluates only you — never other participants. Use the Launch Bot button to instantly deploy a transcription bot to a live Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet meeting. Raw transcript data is cached for up to 7 days, then permanently deleted.

Public Profile is optional: you choose a personal URL and decide what limited highlights to share with anyone who has the link.

Team access is different. If you are part of an organization or team, managers and organization admins can open your member page to see your Deck, confidence, cycle progress, Tracks (including history and settings), and Track Journal updates — kickoffs, weekly preps, weekly reviews, and wrap-ups. On each Track, they can also see evidence track analyses (a short summary of how a meeting relates to the focus skill). They do not see evidence moments, Evidence Evaluated posts, or raw evidence content; those remain private to you.

Skill Deck protects your data through the following measures:

Ensures strict confidentiality of your information
Deletes raw transcript content after 7 days
Retains only anonymized analysis and metadata
